Let Your Mind Run by Deena Kastor and Michelle Hamilton is one of my favorite books. In fact, I've been putting off writing a review for about a month because I can't imagine portraying it adequately. Simply put, this book puts to words the information that I've been so excited to share with people. Deena Kastor exemplifies how using positive psychology can improve running and likewise improve life. Running and proactive mental health go hand in hand. It's a lifestyle. It's also a lot of work, and requires a good deal of self awareness.
