Moms Run Club: Self-Care for Moms


The end of summer/fall Moms Run Club is focused on Self-Care for Moms. It will start on August 26 - October 5th. This group will cover topics on self-care, wellness, and "mommy burnout", AND will prepare you to run a 5k distance just in time for the San Jose Rock N Roll 5k on October 5th. The race is optional and not included in the price.
