Job Chat Therapy is for people who enjoy running and are also seeking healing. Running allows for a peaceful and focused state of mind. It brings mental clarity, unearths emotional memories, and allows reflection.

No matter what stage of life you are in, I provide a place for your to improve your life and find joy in moving forward.

Consultation

Our consultation is an opportunity for you to share with me where you are in your life and why you are seeking therapy. I will also share more about how I work and what you can expect with my practice. This is a time to ask questions and determine if we are a good fit.

A Step in the Right Direction

During our consultation, we'll discuss meeting locations. I will then provide you with meeting place options of where to jog together. While jogging, we'll talk about whatever comes to mind, focusing on your goals. It will be like having a conversation in an office, but with the added option to pause and reflect quietly, take deep breaths, or engage in guided visualization.

Holistic Mental Wellness

With your roadmap and treatment goals in mind, you’ll learn new skills and unearth personal narratives that need to be re-storied. Through this process, you will not only redefine your sense of self but also establish empowering new routines that will lay the foundation for a well-balanced and supportive lifestyle.

50 minute sessions
$200 per session

Walk Talk Therapy is exactly what it sounds like - therapy while walking. Research has shown that walking while exploring deeper emotions and experiences can be a useful way to gain understanding, self-awareness, and relief.

TALK THERAPY

Traditional Talk Therapy helps you effectively handle your mental, emotional, and physical symptoms. In individual therapy, we’ll explore and address the underlying causes of your struggles. This therapy also equips you with practical tools to handle daily challenges and promotes your overall well-being.
