It’s never too early to show our kids the importance of mindful living. This group teaches how stress & anxiety develop and what can be done to manage it in a fun way.

What is Youth RBSR?

Running Based Stress Reduction is a practice focused on mindful movement to reduce stress and anxiety. It combines bonding activities, stress education, and introduction to running, yoga, and group meditation.

Who is Youth RBSR for?

This group is for youth, between the ages of 10-12. This group encourages community and our youth learning healthy habits together.

Is it free to join?

Group sessions range from $200-$500 per session. Sessions vary in length from 2-3 months to 4-6 months.

What do we do as a member?

At the first meet up, members receive a workbook that covers the weekly stress reduction curriculum. Group sessions consist of bonding activities, stress education, and introduction to running, yoga, group meditation, and more! 

Where do we meet?

Our group meets in various locations in Northern California within the Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Cupertino, and Sunnyvale. *Locations are subject to change.

Running is not therapy.

Youth RBSR introduces exercise and mindfulness in a fun and approachable way for our kids.

Youth RBSR is not just about running.

It’s a place to help our kids build a positive foundation and a good understanding of stress management and healthy living.

Youth RBSR is a community.

We introduce the idea of community, bonding and a growth mindset.
