Our consultation is an opportunity for you to share with me where you are in your life and why you are seeking therapy.
I will also share more about how I work and what you can expect with my practice. This is a time to ask questions and determine if we are a good fit.

WALK TALK THERAPY

Walk Talk Therapy is exactly what it sounds like - therapy while walking. Research has shown that walking while exploring deeper emotions and experiences can be a useful way to gain understanding, self-awareness, and relief.

JOG CHAT THERAPY

Jog Chat Therapy is for people who enjoy running and are also seeking healing. Running allows for a peaceful and focused state of mind. It brings mental clarity, unearths emotional memories, and allows reflection.
