The Joy Run Club celebrates everything that women are capable of and embraces the human spirit at its core.

It’s easy to feel lost or overwhelmed as a woman.
The Joy Run Club provides a place to run-it-out, and be surrounded by a group of women who get it.

What is The Joy Run Club?

We are a run group that encourages each other, supports each other and embraces just how awesome women are.

Who is the club for?

This group is for adult women that view running as not just a hobby, but a lifestyle. We practice mindfulness, gratitude, and positive psychology as we run for total wellness.
*You do not need to be an experienced runner to join.

Is it free to join?

Group sessions range from $200-$500 per session. Sessions vary in length from 2-3 months to 4-6 months.

What do we do as a member?

Members receive a custom training plan and monthly coaching topics for training to improve  individual run goals. The group meets once per week for group runs. Group sessions also include social get-togethers that vary by session. Some examples include yoga, book club, brunch, flower arranging, races, and more!

Where do we meet?

Our group meets in various locations in Northern California within the Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Cupertino, and Sunnyvale. *Locations are subject to change.

Running is not therapy.

Running has healing powers, however, it takes more than exercise to have balanced health. The Joy Run Club provides a safe space to run free with your mind, examine your thoughts, and find joy in your journey.

The Joy Run Club is not just about running.

It’s a time for bonding, support, and reestablishing a connection with yourself, and others.

The Joy Run Club is a community.

We support each other through our commitment and presence. We build confidence and community through running and group activities.

Our youth also experience stress.
The Running Based Stress Reduction for Youth is a social group that teaches how to handle stress using different natural methods. It’s a place to make friends, learn and enjoy yourself!
