TALK THERAPY
Traditional Talk Therapy helps you effectively handle your mental, emotional, and physical symptoms. In individual therapy, we’ll explore and address the underlying causes of your struggles. This therapy also equips you with practical tools to handle daily challenges and promotes your overall well-being.
WALK TALK THERAPY
Walk Talk Therapy is exactly what it sounds like - therapy while walking. Research has shown that walking while exploring deeper emotions and experiences can be a useful way to gain understanding, self-awareness, and relief.
JOG CHAT THERAPY
Jog Chat Therapy is for people who enjoy running and are also seeking healing. Running allows for a peaceful and focused state of mind. It brings mental clarity, unearths emotional memories, and allows reflection.
Talk Therapy services are held via Zoom.
Walk Talk and Jog Chat Therapy locations are in Northern California within Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Cupertino, and Sunnyvale.
Wellness Services
Our social run groups are not therapy.
These groups blend meditation, running, mindfulness and embrace the idea of community.
RBSR MOVEMENT GROUP
Running Based Stress Reduction (RBSR) is a mindful practice combining light running, gentle yoga, and group meditation to reduce stress and anxiety. This group is for adults seeking balance in managing their mental, physical, and social health.
JOY RUN CLUB
The Joy Run Club is a social run group for women that emphasizes being present, appreciative, and optimistic. We aim to discover happiness, satisfaction, and tranquility regardless of the challenges we face during our runs or in life.
We find joy in the journey.
YOUTH MOVEMENT GROUP
Our youth also experience stress.
The Running-Based Stress Reduction for youth is a social group that teaches how to handle stress using different natural methods. It’s a place to make friends, learn and enjoy yourself!
Wellness services are held in Northern California within the Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Cupertino, and Sunnyvale.
