Hi, I’m Kjersti Nelson, MFT.
I support adults, young adults, and teens in their journey to heal from stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficult life experiences.
Each person is unique in their needs, situation, and character. That is why I tailor my approach to your healing by using a holistic and mindful method.

Our youth also experience stress. Running Based Stressed Reduction for Youth (RBSR) is a social group that teaches how to handle stress using different natural methods. It’s a place to make friends, learn and enjoy yourself! Each meetup will involve running, stretching, and breathing exercises, along with a short lesson and activity.
