Our social run groups are not therapy. These groups are for people that enjoy meditation, running, mindfulness and embrace the idea of community.

Groups meet in various locations in Northern California within the Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Cupertino, and Sunnyvale.

RBSR MOVEMENT GROUP

Running-based stress reduction (RBSR) is a mindful practice combining light running, gentle yoga, and group meditation to reduce stress and anxiety. This group is for adults seeking balance in managing their mental, physical, and social health.

JOY RUN CLUB

The Joy Run Club is a social run group for women that emphasizes being present, appreciative, and optimistic. We aim to discover happiness, satisfaction, and tranquility regardless of the challenges we face during our runs or in life.
We find joy in the journey.

RBSR MOVEMENT FOR YOUTH

Our youth also experience stress.
The Running Based Stress Reduction for Youth is a social group that teaches how to handle stress using different natural methods. It’s a place to make friends, learn and enjoy yourself!

All groups sessions vary in length from 2-3 months to 4-6 months.
Each session has a different theme with group goals. *Locations are subject to change
